If you register for OPZ Geel’s post-training activities (lunch causeries, evening seminars, study days) your personal data (name, first name, e-mail address and any contact details) are processed by the Communication Service. We need these data to keep track of the number of participants, to be able to notify you in the event of changes and to inform you of future OPZ Geel training activities.

Within the framework of the processing of personal data referred to in this form, you are always entitled to inspect your personal data free of charge. In the event that your personal data are incomplete and/or incorrect, you can have these incomplete and incorrect data corrected free of charge. In doing so, you can also request that we temporarily stop further processing your personal data (except in a number of legally defined cases) until we have checked the accuracy of your personal data. In any case, your personal data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purposes described in this form.
